In line with this belief, Dreamztech (M) Berhad successfully hosted its Dreamztech 2026 Award Ceremony + Team Bonding event from 11–12 January 2026 in Pekan Nanas, bringing together 23 team members for two days of meaningful collaboration, reflection, and celebration under the theme “Shine Together.”

The event was designed to reinforce Dreamztech’s people-first culture while aligning internal values with the company’s long-term mission in the Asia AI industry, where agility, trust, and teamwork are essential to building impactful solutions in areas such as digital assets and WhatsApp AI Chatbot technologies.

Building Stronger Teams in a Fast-Evolving AI Landscape

As a technology company actively driving AI adoption through products like Dreamz Ai, Dreamztech understands that innovation is not only powered by systems and code, but also by people. The two-day programme blended structured team activities, experiential games, and recognition moments—creating a holistic environment where employees could connect beyond daily work roles.

The team departed early on 11 January, kicking off the journey with a casual breakfast at McDonald’s Pekan Nanas, followed by light-hearted icebreaker games and a lucky draw session. These early activities set a relaxed yet purposeful tone for the event, reminding participants that growth begins when individuals feel comfortable, included, and engaged.

Purpose-Driven Games that Reflect Dreamztech’s Values

One of the core highlights of the team bonding programme was a series of thoughtfully curated games, each aligned with Dreamztech’s organisational values.

• Game 1 emphasised personal accountability, encouraging participants to “win their own star awards through action,” rather than waiting passively for recognition.
• Game 2 focused on gratitude and emotional connection, where team members expressed appreciation through handwritten notes—allowing individual strengths and contributions to be seen and celebrated.
• Subsequent games centred on collaboration, trust, and team synchronisation, reinforcing the importance of alignment in a fast-moving technology environment.
• The final team challenge aimed to ignite personal goals and confidence, reminding staff that innovation thrives when individuals believe in both themselves and their teams.

These activities reflected the same principles that guide Dreamztech’s approach to building scalable AI solutions—clarity of purpose, seamless collaboration, and human-centric design.

Shared Experiences Beyond the Workplace

Beyond the games, the event encouraged collaboration through shared responsibilities. Team members worked together to prepare meals, from lunch preparations to an evening BBQ dinner, creating a sense of unity and shared ownership. These moments allowed colleagues from different departments to connect organically, strengthening relationships that directly impact cross-functional collaboration at work.

The evening Award Night marked the emotional peak of the programme. Leaders and team members gathered to recognise contributions, celebrate milestones, and reaffirm the company’s collective vision. A special sharing session by Ceo, Mr Chiew Lerk Chen further inspired reflection on growth, resilience, and teamwork, reinforcing the “Shine Together” theme.
